Saturday Snaps & Sundays in My City - Week in Review

This week I:

  1. Walked along the beach on the Isle of Palms;
  2. Got caught in a Charleston traffic jam (behind a horse and carriage);
  3. Got to hear a great band that I don't remember the name of; and
  4. Had one of my old students come and talk in my intro class.  It really is fun to have my successful former students come back and share with my current ones.  Thanks Emily!

To top off the week Naila Moon decided to feature my picture from last week on her site.  Further, I would also like to thank the Unknown Mami for hosting Sundays In My City.

  3. Your scene photos are fantastic. They have horse and buggy here in the winter that you can take for a ride. Usually there are about 4-5 every weekend. I would love to do that sometime.

    Great photos and congrats again. Thanks for playing along.

  4. I'd say it's been a pretty good week! I love the being stuck behind a horse and carriage....you don't see that everyday...everywhere! I usually get stuck behind a tractor or two on occasion! Happy Sunday!

  6. Sounds like you had a great week. I like that my daughter has returned to her high school too to visit former teachers.

  7. The horse and buggy shot is my favorite of all in your nice mosaic. I forget that tourists to New Orleans love that sort of thing.
